The AFI Conservatory encourages incoming Fellows to begin exploring potential living arrangements soon after being admitted and to secure housing prior to Orientation. Please be aware that AFI does not provide on-campus housing. However, there are many comfortable and convenient options in the surrounding area that fit a variety of needs and preferences.
To help with your search, the following pre-filtered links outline suggested boundaries to use when looking for housing. Each link is filtered for proximity to campus, lists rental options under $2,500 and includes highlighted transit lines to make navigating the area easier.
A Note About Transit: The main map displays transit lines, but as you click into each listing to learn more about the rentals, you’ll see the specific transit options nearby for a more detailed view. Each listing includes a “Location” map where you can use the “Get Directions” feature which will take you to Google Maps where you can get the exact route from property to campus.
